One of the most sought-after forms of reflexology practiced in Singapore and much of the Asia-Pacific region is the Rwo Shur method. It features a combination of pressure techniques and thumb-sliding to create a fast-flowing motion. Some therapists use their knuckles with this approach, and small, wooden sticks are sometimes used to generate results.
Rwo Shur sessions typically last for approximately 30 minutes. The goal of this technique is to provide more stimulation to the targeted areas instead of relaxation.
